We cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your haircut and/or colour service, please let us know as soon as possible. Within 7 days of the original appointment, you’ll be able to come back for adjustments at no additional charge.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost, except in the case of emergencies.
Our SMS reminder service is sent to you 1 day prior to your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm that appointment as soon as possible.
If an appointment is changed more then twice for one appointment, you’ll need to make a 50% deposit to secure your next booking. This will be deducted from your service charge, however, it is non refundable if you don’t keep the appointment.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know—we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased in the salon or via phone or email and mailed to you. These vouchers are exclusive to treatment and service, and are not redeemable for cash or products.
Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of treatment to be valid.Clients who do not show up for their treatment will forfeit their voucher. We are unable to honour lost or stolen vouchers.
Non-refundable and non-transferable, Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months and are not redeemable after this time.
All weddings and extension services require a prior consultation and a 50% deposit when booking.
All wedding bookings require a 50% deposit to secure our stylist, the final amount must be paid 2 days prior to the day.
To clarify what’s needed, a brief consultation is done before every service. The amount of time involved in the service and the prices are therefore agreed before proceeding, so no hidden surprises result.
